Her staff used MRI technology testing and Dr. McReynolds must have spent about half an hour with me going over the results in great detail. Turns out I have something else called macular pucker, a less onerous condition. No more AREDS2! Dr. McReynolds is the best eye doctor I’ve ever had! ”

Amie, helped me narrow my choice from 2 pairs down to the pair that I picked. Both Amie and Jen are very helpful and really take the time to explain the process as well as check themselves with calculations. Dr. McReyonds is fantastic and very welcoming as well. She really made me feel at ease, which is not something I’m used to feeling at the eye doctor. She really did a thorough exam of my eyes and I could tell that she really wanted to make my vision as clear as possible. I would recommend West County Vision Center to all my friends and family and I will definitely be back for my yearly check-ups. I also loved the new machine that takes pictures of the back of my eyes instead of having to get dilated. It is such a neat experience and being able to see what Dr. McReyonds saw was very neat! ”

7/31/2012 Anon ” It’s really great when your optometrist actually spends time checking your eyes thoroughly, and explains things to you. That’s a big deal to me…my eyes are not something I want to compromise on. The team is very professional, courteous, and does not try to strong you into buying their products. They offered me my prescription in case I wanted to order my contacts online, but my experience is that their prices are fair. I’ll keep coming back. I used to go to Clarkson Eye Care – they are terrible because they’re constantly trying to push new tests/products done by less than interested lab techs, and then you find out that a different optometrist sees you each year and spends barely 5 minutesyour precious eyes. That’s just not for me. And to top it off, they would not give me my prescription last time because I was expected to order my contacts through them. What a bunch of baloney! ”
