I have been going to them for years and have alway had the best experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I get my glasses there and John is helpful and patient. I never had to wait for my visit. Dr McReynolds is thorough and explains everything she is doing and why. Recently I had an emergency during a holiday weekend and they were able to get me in to see the doctor immediately!! I will never stop being a patient of West County Vision.

Everyone with this group is very Caring and takes the time to listen and do a thorough eye exam. The doctor is super detailed and is not pushy on selling anything and focuses on the patient care. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Dr. McReynolds and her staff was so kind to work me in urgently on the same day I identified an eye problem. Her treatment work almost immediately. Dr. McReynolds is incredibly personable and truly cares about her patients.

Dr. McReynolds and her entire staff are highly professional and genuinely caring for their patients vision and overall well-being. Communications are always clear and concise, and any changes in your vision or overall eye health are explained in detail as well as any options needed to address present and any potential issues.

Dr. McReynolds is extremely attentive and thorough. As her client, I never feel rushed and she ensures your vision is 20/20 whether it’s contacts and/or glasses. You leave her office feeling fulfilled.

Dr McReynolds was absolutely wonderful working with my 97 year old mom. She took the time to listen to my mom’s concerns regarding her vision and worked very hard to address every issue. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and I can highly recommend this practice
…And as an update—my mom is now 98 and often suffers from dry eyes. Dr McReynolds took so much time to help us figure out a doable plan and even sharpened her glasses prescription. The time and care she took is truly amazing.

Because of an existing eye concern, that is on the mend, due to proper and timely care, Dr. McReynolds spent an hour with me, totally unexpected, going over history, current care, and outcomes. I was blown away by this attending and attention to detail - my eye health care. I have used the specialists she suggested and received good care going forward with them too. Every employee I encounter at this office is patient, kind, and professional. I've trusted the doctor and staff for years, but recently had a situation at work that resulted in an immediate need for new glasses. The staff didn't hesitate to welcome me in and spent an abundant amount of time assisting me in solving the problem. I wouldn't go anywhere else in St. Louis!

Dr. McReynolds is my favorite doctor! She is well-versed in all ophthalmological issues and explains things extremely well. My whole family has trusted her years.
Don't forget her support staff...they are very friendly, proficient and helpful. It's a pleasure to come into her office.

Dr. Michelle McReynolds is fantastic. Everyone in the office is welcoming and each professional you deal with tells you what they are doing and why so you know how they are working to keep your vision clear. Michelle is so genuine and every time I see her its like catching up with a friend. She knows you and takes great care in treating you.

I had a severe sports injury to my right eye while on cruise ship, and Dr. McReynolds took my call off hours multiple times to provide guidance and diagnoses to the best of her abilities. Then, she squeezed me in the day I returned home and gave me the most thorough exam to ensure everything was ok. I can't thank Dr. McReynolds enough for her care and concern through what was a very unnerving ordeal. I will be forever grateful.
