Dr. Michelle McReynolds OD
Optometrist
Opening her own practice allows Michelle McReynolds, OD, to spend extra time with her patients, giving them individualized care. Her greatest joy as a doctor is helping patients maintain their eye health and see their world clearly. By establishing her practice in Kirkwood, Dr. McReynolds is able to use her skills to serve the community where she has chosen to live and raise her family.
Dr. McReynolds received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Truman State University. She earned her Doctor of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tenn., graduating fourth in her class. Dr. McReynolds completed her residency at Veterans Administration Medical Center in Memphis, specializing in ocular disease.
Dr. McReynolds has more than ten years of optometry experience working throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. Along with her expertise with primary eyecare and contact lens fitting, Dr. McReynolds specializes in managing ocular disease. She also was a staff optometrist at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and worked with special needs children. Dr. McReynolds recently achieved the advanced American Board of Optometry’s ‘Certification of Diplomate.
Dr. McReynolds lives in Kirkwood with her husband and three children. She is involved with the Kirkwood Public Schools and is an active member of Kirkwood Baptist Church.
